Subject: MMH DATA BREACH
Update on data breach:
Dear Tara Road Customer,
As you might know by now is that Manage My Health (MMH) had a data breach in their system; 7% of their registrations have been partially affected. Sixty patients who are registered with Tara Road MC in total have been affected.
If you are registered with MMH, then MMH will have sent you an email with the most recent update in regards of this breach.
This is just our update to inform you that Manage My Health has contained the breach and has confirmed to us that the system is considered fully safe now.
If your data has been breached, then MMH will contact you personally and directly as soon as possible. If you want to know if you are one of the 60 affected patients; you can either contact MMH directly or contact us. Tara Road MC has been asked to let MMH contact any affected patients themselves, so will will not contact the affected patiernts from our end.

We currently do not have any more information, the same information as given to you, in regards of this breach.
